Here's the four-course menu designed by Chef Jeff for the Women and Wine Charity dinner, and it promises to be delicious! Wine pairings for each course are from the Brassfield Estate and selected by Southern Glazers Wine and Spirits.
First Course: Golden beet and goat cheese salad with apple, almonds, and caraway dill vinaigrette, and paired with the 2024 sauvignon blanc.
Second Course: Duck cacciatore with sourdough bread and herb salad, and paired with the 2022 pinot noir.
Third Course: New York strip with scalloped potatoes and compound butter, and paired with the 2021 cabernet sauvignon.
Dessert Course: Poached pear with vanilla gelato and candied pecans, and paired with the 2024 "Serenity" white blend.
